Warm Fuzzy

... exactly how I feel from all the love everyone has shown!

I really do believe that everything is working out in *just* the way it is supposed to - God is good!

However, I feel sick all day long - not to the point that it is unbearable - but to where I just want to sleep so I will feel better. And sleep I do - naps, to bed early - my poor husband hardly sees me in a fully consious state! But you know - I am absolutly willing to feel however and take whatever is heading my way to have a healthy baby.

In other news - I have another interview on Monday! It is not for a position that I ideally would like, but it might not be so bad, and at this point I am willing to do whatever it takes to make things work! What does make me a little nervous for whenever I become employeed again - is the pregnancy issue. I don't plan on telling any prospective employeers about it until I am actually hired & things look good (for me and for the position). Does this seem like an ok way to approach it? I don't want it to seem like I am being deceptive by not saying anything right away, but the way I am looking at it is that if I were employeed today I wouldn't be ready to tell yet anyway. Opinions? Suggestions?

Still undecided on what my future will hold, but I still have a few more weeks to work that out. I am gathering info on all things necessary at this point. And trying not to freak out at the prospect of having to start paying on my Mount Everest of student loan debt in a few short months....

I woulnd't tell either. They don't really need to know for a while, so I woulnd't worry about not telling.

That was always one of my fears. As much as I hoped to get pregnant this summer, I didn't want to face an interview knowing I was pregnant. I have no idea what I would have done in that situation. I think I would lean towards not saying anything until you are hired.

I'm torn... it is a bit deceptive to not tell them. At the same time, I think it would give them reason NOT to hire you (although they wouldn't say that, of course). The only problem I see is if you are still nauseated, get hired, then have problems in your first weeks of work and miss some time- employers hate it when new employees miss time. But oh well, ya can't help it! Good luck!

The exhaustion is crazy the first several weeks, but it does get better, I promise. Make sure you eat regularly and I bet your sickness will be better. I don't wish mad morning sickness on anyone, it's pure torture.
Don't worry about telling the company you are interviewing. It's your legal right, you don't have to! You are considered a "protected class" when pregnant, and you have more rights than you know. Besides, you are so early, you are WELL within your rights to withhold your situation, many people don't tell their bosses until the first trimester is over purely due to common appreciation for the delicacy of pregnancy!
Good luck on your interview Monday!!!
*hugs*
