When I found out my sister was pregnant, I knew I wanted to do something different and fun for her gift. She found out in January and I happened to snag a “my first Christmas” onesie for $1.00 at an after-holiday sale. And it hit me! Get an outfit for each season!
So I set out on a mission, and found some awesomely cute attire for almost every holiday in her first year (all at rock bottom, after holiday prices, may I add!). I just estimated sizes and made do with what I could find, but I think everything came together pretty well.
But outfits are NOTHING without the accessories. So once I found out she was having a girl, I had the most amazing Nic, once again, make bows to go with each outfit.
I ended up with Halloween and Christmas (complete with night before Christmas book)
An awesome, ridiculously over the top headband and baby legs for new years eve.
a little something for St. Patrick's day and valentines.
an Easter outfit with a bunny on the bootie and a peter cottontail book.
And something for all the red white and blue holidays of summer.
I wrapped everything up individually with a little note on each package.
And a special note on the box.
This was probably the most fun I have had getting a gift together, ever.
And I can’t wait to see my little niece in each of the outfits/bows!

This is such a cute idea! It will make such a great present. Also love how you were able to get everything in post-holiday sales.
